Areas we work with

Treatments

Focused bodywork for specific areas of pain, stiffness and restricted movement. Book a consultation and we will talk through whether a session is the right step for you.

Therapeutic massage and bodywork support comfort, mobility and recovery. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and no outcome is guaranteed. Please consult a qualified medical practitioner about any health condition.

All treatment areas

01

Paralysis

Loss or reduction of muscle function and movement, which may affect one part of the body or a wider area. Causes vary, and ongoing care is normally led by a medical team.

02

Thyroid

Thyroid conditions affect the body's hormone balance and can bring fatigue, muscle aches, weight changes and low mood. Diagnosis and treatment are medical matters.

03

Frozen Shoulder

Stiffness and pain in the shoulder joint that gradually restricts movement, often developing over months and easing slowly.

04

Knee Pain

Discomfort in or around the knee, which may come from overuse, muscle imbalance, an old injury, or wear over time.

05

Spondylitis

Inflammation affecting the joints of the spine, which can bring stiffness and reduced movement, often worse after rest.

06

Spine Treatment

General support for back and spinal discomfort — stiffness, postural strain, or ongoing tension held through the back.

07

Sciatica

Pain that travels from the lower back through the glute and down the leg, following the path of the sciatic nerve.

08

Muscle Pull

A strain where muscle fibres have been overstretched or torn, usually from sudden movement, lifting or training.

09

Back Pain

Discomfort anywhere across the upper, mid or lower back — commonly linked to posture, sitting, lifting, or tension built up over time.

10

Tennis Elbow

Pain on the outer side of the elbow, usually caused by repetitive gripping or wrist movement rather than tennis specifically.

How we work

Our approach

Gentle massage is offered here as comfort and circulation support alongside medical treatment and physiotherapy — never in place of them. Sessions are arranged in consultation with you and anyone caring for you, and we will ask for your doctor's guidance before beginning.

Per-treatment approach notes can be added to each card once the client supplies them — the field already exists on every entry.
