The classic full-body relaxation massage — long, flowing strokes and steady rhythm designed to ease everyday tension and leave your whole system a gear calmer.

Firm, targeted pressure that works into the deeper layers of muscle to release stubborn knots and chronic tension that a lighter massage will not reach.

Focused soft-tissue work through the lower back, glutes and back of the leg — the areas most often involved when pain refers along the sciatic nerve. Pressure is agreed beforehand and adjusted as the session goes.

A focused session across the scalp, neck and shoulders — the areas that hold tension from screen work, driving and long days. Can be done seated or lying, and does not require undressing.

Targeted pressure-point therapy on the feet, built on the idea that focused pressure on specific zones supports relaxation and circulation through the whole body.

Gentle, precise work across the face, jaw and brow using light pressure. The jaw in particular holds more tension than most people notice until it is worked on.

A gentle, relaxation-focused session over the abdomen, lower back and hips. This is supportive bodywork intended to help you rest — it is not a fertility treatment and makes no claim to affect conception.

A gentle session for the period after birth, with particular attention to the shoulders, upper back and lower back. Positioning is adjusted so you are comfortable throughout.

Recovery-focused work around the muscles and joints loaded by training or a specific strain, combining firmer pressure with movement and assisted stretching where it helps.

Therapist-assisted stretching through the legs, hips, back and shoulders. You stay relaxed while each area is moved through its range and held where it is useful.
Therapeutic massage and bodywork support comfort, mobility and recovery. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment, and no outcome is guaranteed. Please consult a qualified medical practitioner about any health condition.
